Plant medicine payment processing exclusion *	I agree to the plant medicine and other supplemental products payment processing exclusionSupplementary Products Exclusion: Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary herein, or any representations on Retreat Guru Platforms which may be construed as indicating otherwise, Users acknowledge and agree that those Fees presented and payable on or through the Platforms (including, without limitation, if a User's bookings, payments, or purchases are made via a Commercial User's website, or other online platform, which makes use of Platforms) pertain solely to Services and Offerings, and will not include the cost of any plant-medicines or similar products (collectively, "Supplementary Products") which may be provided, offered, or distributed by a Commercial User, or or any other party, in connection with Services or Offerings. Retreat Guru shall bear no responsibility or liability in connection with any provision, offering, or distribution of Supplementary Products, and is not a party thereto.
14% on marketplace bookings *	I agree to pay a 14% referral fee on qualified bookings from the Retreat.Guru marketplace.The referral fee will be calculated on each registration that was initiated by activity on the retreat.guru marketplace. The referral fee will be calculated on the total pre-tax value of the booking, including items such as lodging, meals, retail, additional services, excursions purchased at the time of initial registration. Items added after initial registration will be excluded from the referral fee. Listing on the marketplace is free, and no additional set-up or monthly fees are applicable. In the event a registration is cancelled by the participant and refunded by you, we will refund our referral fee in a form of credit, which can be used towards future Retreat Guru services. IC+0.8% plus $0.30 (Paysafe) *	I agree to process credit cards via Retreat Guru with Paysafe and pay a processing fee of IC+0.80% plus $0.30 per transaction.The preferred Retreat Guru software subscription (Core, Standard, Premium, Enterprise) plan rate you received is contingent upon your processing payments via Retreat Guru's integration with Paysafe at the credit card fee schedule described above.

6 Activate your subscription

Your new subscription - what happens next?	We will process your subscription within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email requesting payment of the amount shown above. The email you receive from Stripe (our payment processing partner) will include a link to complete your payment. When you gain access to your Retreat Guru site, navigate to Account > Billing and Invoices and confirm your credit card details. We will use this information to process your ongoing monthly payments. On that same webpage, you may view and print your invoices. Click the Activate Subscription button below when you are ready to proceed. As valued partners, we look forward to continuing this journey with you.

From your Retreat Guru site, please navigate to Account > Billing and Invoices and confirm your credit card details. We will use this information to process your payments.
