5 Contract Details

4.8% credit card fee *	I agree to the 4.8% processing fee with Retreat Guru Payments.
50/50 payout *	I accept the 50/50 payout terms.50% of funds are eligible for payout upon guest registration, and 50% become eligible one day after the guest’s start date of their stay. For a payout to occur, my account must have a minimum balance of $3000 plus a reserve sufficient to cover future payouts. If these conditions are met, Retreat Guru will payout on the 5th and 20th of each month. Read more about payouts in the Retreat Guru Terms of Service.
Fees Details	Processing fees are deducted from the payout. Payouts over $3000 are free of any sender fee. For payouts under $3000 a sender fee of $30 is charged, you may request that the payout is sent once your balance is over $3000. If you need a payout on other dates besides the 5th or the 20th of the month, you can request a payout any time; the fee is $50. Please be aware that some banks charge fees to accept wire transfers. Fees typically range from $5 - $35 depending on your bank.
Subscription Rate Basis *	I agree to the following Terms for my Retreat Management Software Subscription RateIf your Retreat Guru account processes greater than 10% over or under the Annual Volume, within 12 months, then the subscription rate will automatically increase or decrease your Retreat Management Software Annual Volume, which will result in a corresponding change to the next monthly bill from Retreat Guru.
Marketplace Terms of Service *	I agree to the Retreat Guru Marketplace Terms of Service Retreat Guru Marketplace Terms of Service I agree to pay 14% (Marketplace Booking Fee) for all qualified registrations we receive from retreat.guru as booking commissions. This includes those who book directly through retreat.guru and qualified leads who click “book now” or "secure your spot" on your event page on retreat.guru, sends you a message (“contact” button) on the retreat.guru, or interacts in another way with your event, center, or teacher page on retreat.guru. There are no set up fees and no monthly fees. Commissions help Retreat Guru operate the platform and invest in marketing to drive more traffic to retreats on retreat.guru. Commissions will be applied to the total pre-tax value of bookings and include any add-on items such as excursions, credit card fees, and miscellaneous items (e.g. wifi and laundry) purchased at the time of initial registration. Items added after initial registration will be excluded from commissions. In the event a registration is cancelled by the participant and refunded in full by you, we will refund our commission in a form of credit, which could be used towards future Retreat Guru services. Cancellation fees are subject to the Marketplace Booking Fee. Retreat Guru reserves the right to contact all participants who messaged me through the platform to validate if they booked with me.
