DUPLICATE THIS TEMPLATE to create a sales sign-up form

Personalize the sign-up form for your client:

1. Program name – use the naming convention:
   1. Center Name software subscription YYYY-MMM-dd
   2. Example, Vallecitos software subscription 2024-Feb-02
2. Program Category – check SaaS and Salesperson (AndreaC, Steve, Alec, Devin, Dennis, …) to enable easy filtering.
3. Salesperson name – enter your first name in the Program Information > For more information box so your name will appear on INTERNAL notice of new sign up.
4. Exchange rate – if site currency is USD, enter “n/a (USD)” otherwise use xe currency to find exchange rate and enter.
5. Client Site ID – enter the RG SaaS client site ID. This helps Finance and all to confirm the correct client.
6. Header Note – change the registration form Header Note to display the name of the center.
7. Welcome Note – change the registration form Welcome Note to display the effective date of the agreement.
8. Price line item – leave only one price line item – remove unused items.
   1. Or, leave two price line items if, for example, we offer the client/prospect the option of a plan for switching to Paysafe or staying with their current cc processor.
9. Price description – modify the price description as needed:
   1. 1. initial monthly invoice amount in USD
      2. plan rate %
      3. subscription basis in site currency
         1. Non-USD? See XE currency converter for the mid-market exchange rate.
         2. Default text includes some options:
            1. USD, initial monthly. CORE plan rate 1.2%, US$110 min/mth. Initial subscription basis [ US$_____ ] OR [ _____ CAD/EUR/GBP/AUD/xxx, or about US$_____ ]. Plan rate includes discount for processing credit cards via [ Retreat Guru Payments ] OR [ Paysafe/Netbanx ]. Your subscription includes a special monthly discount of US$_____ through and including your YYYY-MMM-dd invoice.
         3. Edit to show only applicable text. Here are some examples:
            1. If site currency is USD, and RG Payments, and special discount …
               1. USD, initial monthly. CORE plan rate 1.2%, US$110 min/mth. Initial subscription basis US$125,526. Plan rate includes discount for processing credit cards via Retreat Guru Payments. Your subscription includes a special monthly fixed discount of US$52 through and including your 2024-Jan-20 invoice.
            2. If site currency is EUR, and Authorize.net, and no special discount…
               1. USD, initial monthly. CORE plan rate 1.5%, US$110 min/mth. Initial subscription basis 105,500 EUR, or about US$115,107 .
      4. (as applicable) keep/remove credit card processing sentence.
         1. Leave only one: Retreat Guru Payments OR Paysafe/Netbanx.
      5. (as applicable) keep/remove fixed discount and end date.
10. Pricing footnote
    1. If site currency is USD, leave only first paragraph
       1. Retreat Guru software subscription plans are presented in United States Dollars (USD). We invoice and accept payments in United States Dollars (USD) only.
    2. If non-USD site currency, leave as the default (all paragraphs)
11. Tax – Center in Canada? If so, select the appropriate tax question. It will appear in the Enter your contact details section of the registration form. Example, use one of these single checkbox questions and make it required:
    1. Business registered in BC, Canada (slug = tax-bc-gst-pst)
    2. Business registered in ON, Canada (slug = tax-on-hst)
    3. Business registered in QC, Canada (slug = tax qc-gst-qst)
12. Terms of Service
    1. (as applicable) Enable MP percentage question
    2. (as applicable) Enable payment processor and rate question
13. Thank you page footer – change to show salesperson for the account.
14. Registration confirmation email – change signature block to identify sales person.
15. Next Steps – enable the appropriate Next steps question for this program. (choose one)
    1. Your new subscription – what happens next?
    2. Your renewal – what happens next?
16. Publish but Remove from public listings.
17. RG SaaS Merchant tab
    1. Finance will enter/update:
       1. Site currency (example, EUR)
       2. Current plan (example, Standard 2022 – Monthly)
       3. Transaction plan rate (example, 1.25%)
       4. Subscription basis (example, 400,000 EUR … always in site currency)
       5. Monthly minimum. With rare exception will always be Core = US$110, Standard US$220, Premium US$440, Enterprise US$880.
       6. Plan notes will include copy of pricing description from original sign-up reg form.
          1. Example, 453.04 – USD, initial monthly. STANDARD plan rate 1.25%, US$220 min/mth. Initial subscription basis 400,000 EUR, or about US$434,918.
