  • $299.00 – USD, initial monthly. PREMIUM plan rate 0.8%, $440 min/mth. Initial subscription basis US$596,271. Plan rate includes discount for processing credit cards via Retreat Guru Payments. Your subscription includes a special monthly discount of US$141 through and including your 2024-May-09 invoice.

Retreat Guru software subscription plans are presented in United States Dollars (USD). We invoice and accept payments in USD only.

This offer will remain valid for subscriptions confirmed by June 2, 2023. This offer supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, commitments, written or oral agreements and writings with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Before sending the sign-up form:

  1. Program Category – change to include SaaS and Salesperson (Steve, Dennis, …).
  2. Header Note – change the registration form Header Note to display the name of the center.
  3. Welcome Note – change the registration form Welcome Note to display the effective date of the agreement.
  4. Price line item – leave only one price line item – remove unused items.
  5. Price description – modify the price description as needed:
      1. monthly amount (initial month)
      2. plan rate
      3. subscription basis
        1. If USD site currency, write price description like this example:
          1. initial monthly. CORE plan rate 1.25%, $110 min/mth. Subscription Basis $62,901 (initial basis, USD).
        2. If not USD site currency, write the price description like this example:
          1. initial monthly. CORE plan rate 1.25%, $110 min/mth. Subscription Basis $62,901 (initial basis, USD or about 58,113 EUR).
      4. (if applicable) keep/remove credit card processing sentence
        1. Leave only one: Retreat Guru Payments OR Paysafe/Netbanx.
      5. (if applicable) fixed discount and end date
  6. Tax – Center in Canada? If so, select the appropriate tax question.
    1. Example, single checkbox (make it required) Business registered in BC, Canada (slug = tax-bc-gst-pst)
  7. Terms of Service
    1. Choose MP percentage (question, if applicable)
    2. Choose payment processor and rate (question, if applicable)
  8. Thank you page footer – change to show salesperson for the account
