Marketplace Terms of Service (14%) *	I agree to the Retreat.Guru Marketplace Terms of Service.The referral fee will be calculated on registration initiated by activity on the retreat.guru marketplace. The referral fee will be calculated on the total pre-tax value of bookings and include add-on items such as excursions, credit card fees, and miscellaneous items (e.g., WiFi and laundry) purchased at the time of initial registration. Items added after initial registration will be excluded from commissions. No additional set-up or monthly fees. In the event a registration is cancelled by the participant and refunded by you, we will refund our commission in a form of credit, which can be used towards future Retreat Guru services. 4.8% credit card fee *	I agree to the 4.8% processing fee with Retreat Guru Payments.
50/50 payout *	I accept the 50/50 payout terms.50% of funds are eligible for payout upon guest registration, and 50% become eligible one day after the guest’s start date of their stay. For a payout to occur, my account must have a minimum balance of $3000 plus a reserve sufficient to cover future payouts. If these conditions are met, Retreat Guru will payout on the 5th and 20th of each month. Read more about payouts in the Retreat Guru Terms of Service.
Fees Details	Processing fees are deducted from the payout. Payouts over $3000 are free of any sender fee. For payouts under $3000 a sender fee of $30 is charged, you may request that the payout is sent once your balance is over $3000. If you need a payout on other dates besides the 5th or the 20th of the month, you can request a payout any time; the fee is $50. Please be aware that some banks charge fees to accept wire transfers. Fees typically range from $5 - $35 depending on your bank.
