  • $167.00 – monthly. CORE plan rate 1.25%, $110 min/mth. Bookings cap US$220,000/yr. Subscription basis US$160,000 (initial basis).

If your subscription basis exceeds your current plan's bookings cap, we will contact you to review your account. Your subscription plan (Core, Standard, Premium, Enterprise) and plan rate (percentage) will not be updated automatically.

Before sending the sign-up form:

  1. Change the registration form Header Note to display the name of the center.
  2. Change the registration form Welcome Note to display the effective date of the agreement.
  3. Leave only one price line item – remove unused price line items.
  4. Modify the price description:
      1. monthly amount
      2. plan rate
      3. subscription basis
      4. min/mth
      5. (if applicable) fixed discount and end date
  5. Terms of Service
    1. Choose MP percentage (question)
    2. Choose payment processor and rate (question)
