Your Subscription Basis is initially set to your past 12 months' bookings total. On each of your monthly billing dates, we recalculate your past 12-month bookings total. If this new total varies more than 10% from the current Subscription Basis, the new total will become your new Subscription Basis used to calculate next month's invoice. Retreat Guru software subscription plans are presented in United States Dollars (USD). We invoice and accept payments in USD only.

Your Retreat Guru software can be configured to sell to your guests and participants in another supported currency. Retreat Guru supports a single currency per site. If your site is configured with a currency other than USD, we convert your 12-month sales total from your configured currency to USD using the then-current exchange rate to qualify you for a subscription plan. We use the plan rate and monthly minimum to calculate your initial monthly USD invoice amount.

Ongoing, we use your site currency to calculate your month-to-month sales variance. If your actual rolling 12-month sales (in site currency) vary more than 10% from your current subscription basis (in site currency), we will recalculate a new subscription basis and apply the then current exchange rate to determine a new monthly USD invoice amount.

14% on marketplace bookings *	I agree to pay a 14% referral fee on qualified bookings from the Retreat.Guru marketplace.The referral fee will be calculated on each registration that was initiated by activity on the retreat.guru marketplace. The referral fee will be calculated on the total pre-tax value of the booking, including items such as lodging, meals, retail, additional services, excursions purchased at the time of initial registration. Items added after initial registration will be excluded from the referral fee. Listing on the marketplace is free, and no additional set-up or monthly fees are applicable. In the event a registration is cancelled by the participant and refunded by you, we will refund our referral fee in a form of credit, which can be used towards future Retreat Guru services. IC+0.8% plus $0.30 (Paysafe) *	I agree to process credit cards via Retreat Guru with Paysafe and pay a processing fee of IC+0.80% plus $0.30 per transaction.The preferred Retreat Guru software subscription (Core, Standard, Premium, Enterprise) plan rate you received is contingent upon your processing payments via Retreat Guru's integration with Paysafe at the credit card fee schedule described above.

From your Retreat Guru site, please navigate to Account > Billing and Invoices and confirm your credit card details. We will use this information to process your payments. On that same webpage, you may view and print your invoices. Click the Activate Subscription button below when you are ready to proceed.
