50/50 payout *	I accept the 50/50 payout terms.50% of funds are eligible for payout upon guest registration, and 50% become eligible one day after the guest’s start date of their stay. For a payout to occur, my account must have a minimum balance of $3000 plus a reserve sufficient to cover future payouts. Fees Details	Processing fees are deducted from the payout. Payouts over $3000 are free of any sender fee. For payouts under $3000 a sender fee of $30 is charged, you may request that the payout is sent once your balance is over $3000. If you need a payout on other dates besides the 5th or the 20th of the month, you can request a payout any time; the fee is $50. Please be aware that some banks charge fees to accept wire transfers. Fees typically range from $5 - $35 depending on your bank.
