  • $187.50 – initial monthly. CORE plan rate 1.5%, $110 min/mth. Bookings cap US$220,000/yr. Subscription Basis US$150,000 (initial basis).

If your subscription basis exceeds your current plan's bookings cap, we will contact you to review your account. Your subscription plan (Core, Standard, Premium, Enterprise) and plan rate (percentage) will not be updated automatically.

Before sending the sign-up form:

  1. Header Note – change the registration form Header Note to display the name of the center.
  2. Welcome Note – change the registration form Welcome Note to display the effective date of the agreement.
  3. Price line item – leave only one price line item – remove unused items.
  4. Price description – modify the price description as needed:
      1. monthly amount (initial month)
      2. plan rate
      3. subscription basis
      4. (if applicable) keep/remove credit card processing sentence
      5. (if applicable) fixed discount and end date
  5. Tax – Center in Canada? Select the appropriate tax question. (question, if applicable)
  6. Terms of Service
    1. Choose MP percentage (question, if applicable)
    2. Choose payment processor and rate (question, if applicable)
  7. Next Steps – enable the appropriate Next steps question for this program. (choose one)
