  • $100.00 – USD, initial monthly. CORE plan rate 1.20%, US$110 min/mth. Initial subscription basis US$125,000. Plan rate includes discount for processing credit cards via Paysafe. Your subscription includes a special monthly discount of US$10 through and including your 2024-Mar-19 invoice.

Retreat Guru software subscription plans are presented in United States Dollars (USD). We invoice and accept payments in United States Dollars (USD) only.

Your Retreat Guru software can be configured to sell to your guests and participants in another supported currency. Retreat Guru supports a single currency per site. If your site is configured with a currency other than USD, we convert your 12-month sales total from your configured currency to USD using the then-current exchange rate to qualify you for a subscription plan. We use the plan rate and monthly minimum to calculate your initial monthly USD invoice amount.

Ongoing, we use your site currency to calculate your month-to-month sales variance. If your actual rolling 12-month sales (in site currency) vary more than 10% from your current subscription basis (in site currency), we will recalculate a new subscription basis and apply the then current exchange rate to determine a new monthly USD invoice amount.

Before sending the sign-up form:

  1. Program Category – check to include SaaS and Salesperson (Steve, Dennis, …).
  2. Client Site ID – enter the RG SaaS client site ID. This helps Finance confirm the correct client.
  3. Header Note – change the registration form Header Note to display the name of the center.
  4. Welcome Note – change the registration form Welcome Note to display the effective date of the agreement.
  5. Price line item – leave only one price line item – remove unused items.
    1. Or, leave two price line items if, for example, we are offering the client/prospect the option of a plan for switching to Paysafe or staying with their current cc processor.
  6. Price description – modify the price description as needed:
      1. initial monthly invoice amount in USD
      2. plan rate %
      3. subscription basis in site currency

      1. Current plan.
      2. Monthly minimum. With rare exception will always be Core = US$110, Standard US$220, Premium US$440, Enterprise US$880.
      3. Plan rate percentage.
      4. Current annual revenue (in site currency).
      5. Plan notes will include copy of pricing description from sign-up reg form.
    2. Finance will create invoice in Stripe (if paying monthly).
